Insight: Simple internal prototyping and testing can quickly reveal pain points and design opportunities.
Insight: We quickly realised that these devices can be very uncomfortable due to poor electrode skin contact. We innovated electrodes that curved in two planes to conform to the user.
Challenge: Create competitive advantage with very little time and budget.
Solution: Lean internal ideation, testing and iteration with scrap models enabled improvements to quickly be discovered and applied. This combined with ID collaboration delivered a swift, simple but effective solution.
